Oven Style Potato Wedges

  • 2 large Potatoes
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt + Pepper

Optional Extras:

  • Paprika
  • Cheese
  • Garlic

This has to be my best discovery in a while. Its so quick, simple and good for you I can’t understand why my mum didn’t bring me up on these:

POTATO WEDGES

How to make:
Preheat oven to 180c, put a piece of tin foil on a baking tray

  1. Cut Potatoes into wedges(leave skin on)
  2. Pour  oil onto foil
  3. Sprinkle Salt + Pepper on the oil, plus any other topping apart from cheese
  4. Roll the wedges in the oil, making sure each side hits the mix
  5. Cook wedges on the foil for at least 30-40min, depending how ya like’em
